Ice Cream Bars at Weddings

I live and plan weddings in Ireland, so realistically there are probably 3 days every other year where this would work for me, but today { and yesterday as it happens } have been unbelievably good weather { and everything else} wise and so I day dream! Mostly because I LOVE { yes L.O.V.E } ice cream and believe sprinkles should be served on everything that I am indulging in these delicious ideas for Ice Cream Bars at Weddings...
